Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before work begins

You may cancel an approved estimate at any time before work begins, at no charge. Any deposit paid is refunded in full within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

If cancellation occurs after our crew has been dispatched but before work begins, the emergency service response charge on your estimate may be retained. Any remaining deposit is refunded.

Cancelling after work begins

You may stop work at any time. You will be invoiced for services actually performed and equipment actually deployed through the date work stops, calculated at the rates on your approved estimate. If your deposit exceeds that amount, the difference is refunded within 5–10 business days. If it is less, the balance is invoiced.

Equipment retrieval

Where work is cancelled while our drying equipment remains on site, you agree to provide access for retrieval within 48 hours. Equipment not retrievable due to lack of access continues to accrue daily rental charges.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer. ACH refunds typically take 5–7 business days.

Billing disputes

If you believe your invoice is incorrect, contact us at info@everrestoresolutionsllc.com or (405) 492-4177 within 30 days. We will review the itemized estimate against work performed and respond within 5 business days.

Satisfaction

If our work does not meet the scope described in your approved estimate, tell us. We will return and correct work that falls short of what you agreed to at no additional charge.
