EverRestore Solutions LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

You give us: name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your damage or service request. When you pay, you provide payment information directly to our payment processor.

Collected automatically: standard web analytics — IP address, browser type, pages visited.

Created during service: photographs of affected areas, moisture readings, and service documentation.

How we use it

To respond to your request and provide services; to prepare estimates and invoices; to process payments; to document work performed; to communicate about your project; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Photographs

We photograph affected areas to document conditions and work performed. These are retained as part of your service record and shared only with you, or with your insurer or adjuster at your direction, unless disclosure is required by law. We do not use customer property photographs in marketing without your written permission.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, scheduling, communications), with laboratories performing sampling you have authorized, with your insurer when you direct us to, and where required by law.

Retention

Service records, estimates and invoices are retained as required for tax, insurance and legal purposes — generally at least seven years.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
