How our pricing works
Restoration pricing has a bad reputation, and often deserves it. We do it differently.
You get a written, itemized estimate before work begins, and the invoice matches it.
Itemized, not estimated
Every estimate lists each service separately with its quantity and rate. Water extraction is priced per square foot. Equipment is priced per unit per day. Labor is priced per hour. You can see exactly what you're paying for and why.
Representative rates
Actual pricing depends on the size of the affected area, the water category, and how long drying takes. These are typical starting rates:
| Service | Typical rate |
|---|---|
| Emergency service response, business hours | from $125 |
| Emergency service response, after hours | from $175 |
| Water extraction | from $1.00 / sq ft |
| Antimicrobial application | from $0.50 / sq ft |
| Air mover | $30 / unit / day |
| Dehumidifier | from $95 / unit / day |
| Daily moisture monitoring | $125 / visit |
| General labor | $50 / hour |
| Skilled labor | $75 / hour |
| Laboratory sampling | from $205 |
Category 2 and Category 3 water losses carry a surcharge on labor reflecting the additional containment, protective equipment and disposal required. This is disclosed on your estimate before you approve it.
Payment terms
Residential projects are typically structured as 50% at contract signing, 25% on the second day of work, and the balance on completion. Commercial accounts can be arranged on net terms.
We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfer (ACH). Payment is handled securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Insurance
We are a self-pay contractor. Payment is due from the property owner per the terms above, regardless of insurance status. We provide the itemized documentation, moisture logs and photographs you need to submit your own claim, and we're glad to speak with your adjuster.
Free, no-obligation estimates. We'll assess the damage and put a number in writing before you commit to anything.
